ANATOMETAL's Twisters are their version of a circular barbell and a row of captives made into one. They are made up of three individual pieces: two ends and one shaft that is internally threaded.

Twisters come in multiple sizes, diameters and can have added multiple loops to match your piercings.

They look great and are commonly used on the helix.
