As of May 2020, ANATOMETAL backorders are expected to be delayed due to the effects of COVID-19. While the usual backorders take around three weeks to deliver, please understand that we currently require three to five weeks from the confirmation date, depending on the product, for the backorder products to arrive.
(*Updated as of June 16) The HQ factory has resumed business since April 30, they are operating at 75% to 100% of its capacity in each section.
We ask for your understanding as the staff at HQ take the strictest measures to curb the spread of COVID-19 through the practice of social distancing and hygiene control while operating their factory at HQ.
When placing an order, please do so with the understanding of these circumstances. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.。

In addition to the above, international deliveries are also taking more time than usual due to the reduction of flights and congestion at customs.
We will contact you of any changes in the delivery time from what was indicated in the order confirmation email. Again, we ask for your understanding of the delays in international shipments.
⚠ 1) Newly released products, new gem colorways, made-to-order products, including customized jewelry, and other out of stock products may be subject to further delays.

⚠ 2) Delivery may take longer than the date indicated in the confirmation email depending on the business season of the manufacturer as well as the circumstances of international shipments (i.e., congestion at customs, delays due to weather conditions, etc.)
⚠ 3) If we discover any discrepancies or defects in the products we receive, we will immediately notify you of the fact and promptly re-order a replacement.
⚠ 4) If you add or change your order, the delivery date will be calculated from the date of the final order confirmation email.
For any of the cases above, if we determine that we will not be able to meet the scheduled delivery time, we will notify you by email. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
As we cannot fully predict whether your order will arrive without delays, discrepancies, or defects, we recommend that you allow a little extra time to place your order if you are shopping for gifts or planning to have the product delivered by a certain date.
