Concerning Incoming Mail

Concerning your Purchase
Orders can be made smoothly using our shopping cart. You can easily choose the jewelry, color, size and more.
Payment options are【Cash on Delivery】,【Bank Transfer】or【Credit Card Payment】
[Cash on Delivery] is when you pay the delivery man cash when the package arrives. [Bank Transfer] is when you tranfer the amount to our account at Mitsubishi UFJ Bank. [Credit Card Payment] uses the PayPal system.
We try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. However some jewelry must be ordered overseas to the manufacturer. Therefore, may take some time depending on the circumstances of the manufacturer and international post. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

For orders in Japan, we use Sagawa Express「Courier Service」and Yamato Transport Co., Ltd「Kuroneko DM-BIN」
・Sagawa Express [Courier Service] is 650yen for delivery throughout Japan ※For orders that are more than 10,000yen, we offer free shipping.
A delivery person will hand you the package directly.
If you have a set date you would like your order to be shipped, please confirm the stock availability of your order first.
・Yamato Transport Co., Ltd [Kuroneko DM-BIN] is 85yen for delivery throughout Japan. ※For orders that are below 5,000yen ONLY.
This shipping method will be handled the same as a letter.

The design, material and manufacturing techniques are all the best in the world.
All our products are regular products from each of the brands, therefore can be used safely on your body.

How to order your jewelry
Ⅰ. Once you have selected your order, click the “Add to Cart” button. Confirm your order quantity and proceed to filling out the information.
Ⅱ. There will be an automatic order confimation email that will be sent to you within 10 minutes of your order. Please reconfirm your order.
※If you do not receive an automatic order confirmation email, please contact us.
Ⅲ. After we have confirmed the jewelry stock, we will contact you within 1~2 business working days. You will receive an “Order Confirmation” email.
・We treat all our orders the same. Please understand that sometimes, jewelry can suddenly become out of stock and an order will need to be placed to the manufacturer.
An email will be sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours after the Order Confirmation email has been sent to you.

・There may be a delay in receiving the Order Confirmation email during our sale period, company holidays(Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese Holidays), national holidays or New Year holidays.
Ⅳ. Please proceed to payment.
The process will be different depending on your payment method ( Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Credit Card Payment). Please refer to the payment method page for more information.
Ⅴ. Wait for your jewelry to arrive!
If your jewelry order is in stock and you have chosen Cash on Delivery for your payment method, we will ship your jewelry the day you have placed your order.
If your jewelry is in stock and you have chosen Bank Transfer or Cred Card Payment, we will ship your jewelry once your payment has been confirmed.
Concerning Delivery of your Jewelry

of your jewelry will depend on whether your jewelry order is in stock.
When your jewelry is in stock
・Cash on Delivery: Immediate shipping once the Confirmation Email is sent
※For orders received after 4pm on weekdays, your order will be shipped on the following business day.
・Bank Transfer： Immediate shipping after payment confirmation
※For transfers made before 3pm on a bank working day, your order will be shipped on the same day. If your tranfer is made after 3pm, we will ship your order on the following business day.
・Credit Card Payment (PayPal)： Immediate shipping after payment confirmation
※For payments made before 4pm on weekdays, your order will be shipped on the same day. If your payment is made after this time, your order will be shipped on the following business day.
When your jewelry is not in stock
An order will be placed to the manufacturer and will be shipped to you once the jewelry arrives.
・Cash on Delivery： Your order will be shipped immediately after arrival.
・Bank Transfer or Credit Card Payment： If your payment has been made prior to the jewelry arrival, we will ship your order on the day that your jewelry arrives.
If your payment has not been confirmed when your jewelry arrives, we will send you a Jewelry Arrival Notice email. Please make your payment within 5 days from recieving the email (Bank Transfers: within 5 bank working days). We will ship your order once the payment is confirmed.
※After we have shipped your order, Sagawa Express will only be able to keep your package for up to 1 week. If you know you will not be available to receive your package for a period longer than a week, please contact us so we can adjust the shipment time accordingly.
Sagawa Express – Arrival date and time specifications
Many items must be ordered from the jewelry makers. Therefore we can only accept specific arrival and time shipment requests once your jewelry order has arrived.
For anyone that has a specific shipment arrival request, please let us know once your jewelry is ready to be shipped.

We cannot ship orders during outside office hours, weekends and holidays(Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese Holidays).
Please cooperate with us and use eco-friendly simple packaging!
Exessive packaging is very common in Japan, but most of the packaging become trash after being used.
We use eco-friendly and simple packaging to ship all our jewelry. The packaging is firmly packed and will not damage the jewelry.

Concerning Gift Wrapping
We provide a gift wrapping service for 250 yen.
If you would like to have your order gift wrapped, please check the Gift Wrapping box in the Order Form.

・The gift box is subject to change based on the shape and durability of the jewelry, and therefore, may be different than what is shown in the sample image.
・The color of the gift box will be selected on our side to match the jewelry to be wrapped.
・The size of the gift box will be selected on our side to fit the jewelry to be wrapped.
・The color of the ribbon will be selected on our side to match the jewelry to be wrapped.
・Message cards and noshi (formal Japanese gift wrap) are not available.
・If you would like multiple items to be gift wrapped together, or if you wish for only a part of the order to be gift wrapped, please indicate your specific requests in the Message field.
If there are no instructions in the Message field, we will gift wrap the entire order.
We may not be able to fulfill your gift wrap requests depending on the combination of items. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
If you would like multiple items gift wrapped separately, please let us know in the Message field. *We will charge 250 yen per gift.
Concerning Refusal upon Delivery
For customers using Cash on Delivery: if under any circumstance you refuse to pay or accept the delivery upon delivery, we will refuse any orders from you in the future.

Concerning Orders with a High Value
If the total order amount exceeds 100,000yen, and the items are out of stock, we will ask to have 50%(or Full payment) of the amount deposited before we order the items to the individual jewelry brands.
Below is the deposit process.
・Bank Transfer： Please tranfer the amount that is written on the「（Temporary）Order Confirmation Mail」within 5 days of receiving the email. The service charge will be the customers responsibility.
・Credit Card Payment：Please pay the amount that is written on the「（Temporary）Order Confirmation Mail」within 5 days of receiving the email.
※We will only request your order to the jewelry maker once the deposit is confirmed.
※Once the deposit has been made, we cannot accept any order changes or order cancellations.
※If we do not receive your payment within 5 days, we will contact you once and cancel your order.

Concerning Return and Exchange
All our products are Body Jewelry. Body Jewelry is something that comes to direct contact with the body. Therfore we do not accept any return or exchanges.
Please re-confirm your order when you receive the Automatic Order Confirmation Email, to make sure that your order is correct.
