When you are done, review your selections and click “Add to Cart”. You will be taken to the Order Form page where you can reconfirm your order. Continue on to fill in your information and when completed, click on “Verify Order”.

If your jewelry is not in stock, we will have to order it from the jewelry maker. We will send you an email after the jewerly has arrived, and you will have 5 days to transfer the money.
We will hold your jewelry for 5 days until the payment is made.
If no payment is made during this period, we will cancel your order and will not take any future orders from you.
For domestic shipping, we use Sagawa Express “Courrier Service” or Yamato Transport Co., Ltd “Kuroneko DM-BIN”.

Kuroneko DM-BIN will be delivered to the shipping address the same way a normal letter will be delivered. There is a calling center that you may contact to know the rough delivery time and date. This method does not include insurance.
The cost of this shipping method is 85 yen throughout japan.

The delivery time will depend on the payment method and whether the jewelry you ordered is in stock.
If you chose to make your payment using Cash on Delivery and your jewerly is in stock, we will ship your jewelry on the on the same day. If you chose to pay with bank transfer or credit card, we will send it on the same day we confirm your payment.
The fastest delivery would be if the jewelry is in stock, you select Sagawa Express “Courrier Service” as the shipping method and Cash on Delivery as the payment method. If the order is made before 2pm, we can ship your package on the same day.

Yes, but you can only decide the time of the delivery and only if you choose to use the Sagawa Express “Courrier Service”. Since some of our products have to be ordered to the jewelry maker, we only allow you to decide the time of delivery.
The delivery times are「Before noon」「12:00-14:00」「14:00-16:00」「16:00-18:00」「18:00-20:00」「19:00-21:00」. You can select the times in the Shipping Method section at the time of your order.

No, there are not service charges when you pay with your credit card.

The measurements for each of the 4 jewelry brands (Anatometal, Gorilla Glass, Kaos Softwear, Little Seven) are slightly different.
The measurement unit and the way to measure is explained on the page. Please use the diagram on those pages to figure out the size of your jewelry.
Due to hygiene purposes, we are not able to exchange or refund any items. If you are unsure of anything concerning our jewelry, please do not hesitate to contact us.
2. How will I know if my jewelry is in stock? Will I be able to cancel my order if it is not in stock?
We will email you within 1~2 working days to inform you whether or not your jewelry is in stock. If your jewelry is not in stock, we will order your jewelry within 24 hours to the jewelry maker.
It will take several weeks for the jewerly to arrive, therefore if you are in a hurry and cannot wait, you can cancel your order.
BUT, please know that you can only cancel the order within 24 hours of receiving the Order Confirmation email. Please remember to contact us within 24 hours.
※If 24 hours has passed and you would still like to cancel, you must pay for 30% of the total purchase.
Unfortunately, items that have stopped being manufactured by the jewelry maker cannot be ordered.
It is possible to have custom ordered jewelry made. Please contact us with more details about the type of jewelry you would like.

Anatometal’s Faceted Cut Gems are mostly all synthetic stones.
Synthetic stones are the same as natural stones and are not an imitation. The only difference between synthetic and natural stones are the process that they are grown. Natural stones are grown naturally over time on the same stone type. Synthetic stones on the other hand are grown in a laboratory or factory.

No, unfortunately not. This is only possible if the main post is made with 18K Gold and uses cabochon cut passion topaz.
Titanium and Surgical Stainless are very tough metals making it difficult to work with natural stones. Unlike Titanium and Surgical Stainless, 18K gold is softer making it possible to use natural stones.

All the jewelry we sell on our site do not use any nickel, which is the most common source of metal allergies. We also do not sell jewelry that have been coated with materials to disguise the material below that could cause allergic reactions.
We only sell jewelry that uses materials that rarely cause allergic reactions: Implant Grade Titanium, Niobium, Surgical Stainless Steel, Silicone and Pyrex (Glass).
The different arrays of colors that Titanium and Niobium can come in are not made by adding color but by using anodization. The color is created by electrolytic passivation process that increases the oxide layer on the surface. The jewelry remains 100% titanium or 100% niobium.
Unfortunately, metal allergies still exist. We are confident about the jewerly that we sell but we would also recommend to have metal allergy tests done if you are worried.

9. Are all the products that are sold on the Online Shop, the same as the products from the jewelry maker?
Yes, we have all our jewelry shipped to us directly from the jewelry maker.
The prices will vary due to the exchange rate.
Anatometal’s titanium jewerly can be anodized to 16 diffferent colors, and Niobium jewelry can be anodized to 18. High polish is also one of these colors. The material itself does not change during the process. The colors are created through the process of anodization which uses an electrolytic passivation that increases the oxide layer on the surface.
Anodized jewelry can be used safely for the initial piercing or for people who are prone to allergies because the material itself does not change.
Please note that anodization only changes the surface of the jewerly, therefore after time, the color will fade. The time it will take for the color to fade will depend on different factors including the jewelry shape, how often the jewelry is worn etc.

We do not accept any repairs on Gorilla Glass, Kaos Softwear, Little Seven or May Select items.
We only accept repairs of gemstone damages on Anatometal jewelry that has been bought within 2 years.
We will ask you to send us the jewerly and we will try to find out the reason the gem has damaged. If we confirm, that the damage is not due to the customer, we will repair the jewelry for free. In some cases, we may refuse to repair the jewerly or ask for a repair fee in order to have the jewelry fixed. We will notify you with the price for repair.
If the jewelry damage is due to reasons not caused by the customer, and has only been shipped within 1 month, we will cover the cost of the shipping and the repair. If the jewelry was shipped over a month ago, we will only ask you to cover the shipping cost of the jewerly to the shop.
Please contact us before you send us your jewelry.
The repair will be done at Anatometal Headquarters in America, therefore it will take around 1 month.
If the jewelry has been purchased more than 2 years ago, we believe that the damages can be due to prolonged use. In this case, we can only repair damages with a fee.
We will notify you the price of the repair once we receive your jewelry.
We do not accept any other repairs besides gemstones on Anatometal jewelry.
We are a piercing jewerly store not a piercing studio, therefore we do not autoclave (sterilize) our jewelry.
All our jewelry is sent directly from the jewelry maker. The jewelry maker uses hot water and high-preassure to wash all their jewelry before sending them to us, therefore it is safe to use on healed piercings.
To be safe, you can wash your jewelry with soap and disinfecting wipes before wear.
If you are planning to use your jewelry for an intial piercing, we recommend you to visit the closest piercing studio and have them sterilize your jewelry for you (with a cost).
