There is no registration needed to accumulate points on our RIN-KG Online Shop.
We use your name and email address to automatically register your points from your very first purchase.
BUT, please understand that if your name or email address changes, another registration will be made and your points will be accumulated from the beginning. If you would like to use a different name or email address, please contact us.
We will only re-register the new email address and move your accumulated points for you if you contact us.
Anyone can earn 2% of their total purchased amount in points from their very first purchase.
These points can be used from their next purchase as【1 point＝ 1yen】.
We will announce Point Campaigns on our RIN-KG Online Shop Top Page.
The campaign will be different every time.
The details will depend on each campaign but any purchases made on the dates listed, or any purchases of the products listed will get more points than usual (usually 2~5 times more points).

Points accumulated do not expire. As long as you purchase jewelry on our Online Shop, you can accumulate and use your points whenever you like.
We give 2 points for every 100 yen spent. For anything below 100yen, we will not give any points.
Points can be accumulated during sales or when purchasing sale items.
BUT, you cannot use your points during sales or when purchasing sale items.

From your very first purchase on our RIN-KG Online Shop, we will automatically accumulate 2% of your total purchase in points for you.
You will see a section in the Order Confirmation email that we will send to you that will tell you the current amount of points that you have accumulated.
If you have used your points for your purchase, the amount of points that you used will also be on the email.
The total amount on the email will have already deducted the points you have used.
The points that you accumulate will not expire. As long as our RIN-KG Online Shop exists, your points will too.
If you contact us, we will be happy to let you know your current point status.
We will also include the current point amount on the Receipt that will be placed with your jewelry when shipped. Please feel free to use your points for your next purchase.
※For Kuroneko DM-Bin delivery, a receipt will not be sent. Please check the Order Confirmation Email for your current point status.

On the Order Confirmation email from your last order, you will find the total amount of points you currently have available to use. You can use all or a portion of your points accumulated on your next order.
If your current total amount of points are 2,000 points and your total purchase for your order is 5,500 yen,
You can use all your points (2,000 points) : Billed amount 3,500 yen
or you can use only a portion (ie. 1,500 points): Billed amount 4,000 yen
If your billed amount is under 5,000 yen after using your points, you can still use the original price when choosing your shipping options.
Rin-KG Online Shop points can only be used on the online shop. They cannot be used at the RIN-KG Studio, or other shops that are associated with MAY Inc.
We allow you to accumulate points even for purchases where you use your points! That includes the shipping cost! 2% of the total amount of your purchase will be turned into points so that you can use it for your next purchase.
After selecting you jewelry and placing it in the cart, please proceed to filling out your information. On the same page, there is a -Message- field, where you can write in the number of points that you would like to use for this purchase.
You will receive an Automatic Email, followed by an Order Confirmation Email within 1~2 business days from our staff. The new total for your purchase, after the points being deducted, will be in the email. The email will also include the new total amount of points, so that you can use it for your next purchase.
If you forgot to write in the -Message- field, the number of points you would like to use for your order, please contact us before the Order Confirmation Email arrives to let us know that you would like to use your points.
Unfortunately, if you contact us after the Order Confirmation Email is sent, we will not allow you to use your points for the order.
You can use your points when purchasing sale items or during sales.
BUT you are not able to accumulate points when you purchase jewelry during a sale.
Our RIN-KG Online Shop automatically registers your email address and starts accumulating points using that email address from the first purchase. We only allow this email address to be used for orders where you would like to use the points.
If you use another email address to order, we will erase all the points that were registered to the previous email.
We are unable to take cancellations or order changes 24 hours after you have received the Order Confirmation email. If you would like to cancel, please make sure you contact use within 24 hours of receiving the email.
If you have made order changes, we will change the number of points accordingly.
If you have canceled your order, we will not add any points.
If by any case, there if no payment confirmation, we will cancel your order and also your points.
